What is Jovée Link?
Jovée Link is the home for the nail community. Clients, nail artists, and salons can share work, follow one another, discover talent nearby, chat, and book appointments — all in one place.
How do I sign up?
Download the App, then sign up with your email, Google, or Apple account. You'll verify your email, choose your role (client, nail artist, or salon), and complete a short setup.
Which role should I choose?
Client — if you get your nails done and want to discover and book artists.
Nail Artist — if you do nails and want to showcase your work and get booked.
Salon — if you run a salon and want to build your team and presence.
For Clients
How do I find a nail artist?
Use the Explore section to discover artists near you on a map, browse their portfolios, and see their prices and availability.
How does the AR try-on work?
On an artist's profile, tap "Try On" to preview colors and designs using augmented reality before you book. (Requires an internet connection.)
How do I book an appointment?
Open an artist's profile, tap Book, choose a service, pick an available date and time, add any notes, and confirm. You'll get a notification when the artist confirms.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Clients can cancel up to one hour before the appointment start time. After that window, please contact the artist directly.
How do I leave a review?
After an appointment is completed, you can leave a star rating and a written review on the artist's profile.
For Nail Artists
How do I set up my profile?
During onboarding you'll add your name, photo, location, specialties, and availability. After that, build your portfolio by adding photos of your work.
Why do I need to connect to a salon?
Artists connect to a salon before going live in the App. This keeps the community high-quality and helps clients find you in the right place. If your salon isn't on Jovée Link yet, invite them — or reach out to us at support@joveelink.com.
How do I set my availability?
In your profile settings, set the days and times you're available. Keeping this current is what lets clients book you.
How do I manage my bookings?
You'll get a notification for each new booking request. Open it to confirm or decline. A chat with the client opens automatically so you can coordinate.
Do I get paid through the App?
Not currently. Jovée Link does not process payments. Payment for your services is arranged directly between you and your client. Prices shown in the App are informational.
For Salons
How do I get my salon on Jovée Link?
Sign up and choose the Salon role. Add your business details and photos during setup.
How do I build my team?
Salons can connect with nail artists looking to join, and artists can request to join your salon, all within the App.
Community
How do I post to the community feed?
Tap to create a post, add your photos and a caption, and share it with the community. Others can like, comment, and reply.
How do I follow someone?
Tap Follow on any user's profile to see their posts and never miss their latest work.
How do I save a post?
Tap Save on any post to bookmark it for later. Find saved posts in your saved section.
How do I report or block someone?
Every post and profile has options to report content or block a user. We review reports and take action to keep the community safe.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from within the App. This removes your account and associated data. You can also email support@joveelink.com.
