Terms of Service

Welcome to Jovée Link. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Jovee AR LLC ("Jovée Link," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Jovée Link mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What Jovée Link Is

Jovée Link is a community and scheduling platform for the nail industry. It allows nail clients, nail artists, and salons to:

• Share work and interact in a community feed
• Follow one another and discover talent
• View profiles, portfolios, prices, and availability
• Communicate through in-app messaging
• Schedule appointments
• Post and apply to opportunities through a job board
• Use an augmented-reality try-on feature

Jovée Link is a platform that connects users. We are not a nail salon, a nail technician, or a provider of nail services.

3. Bookings Are Between Users

When you schedule an appointment through the App, that appointment is a direct arrangement between the client and the artist. Jovée Link facilitates the scheduling but is not a party to the appointment and is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any nail service
• Cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling by either party
• Pricing, conduct, or any dispute arising between a client and an artist or salon

You are solely responsible for your own interactions, appointments, and arrangements with other users.

4. No Payment Processing

The App does not currently process payments. Jovée Link does not collect payment, charge service fees, or handle money between clients and artists. Any payment for nail services is arranged and made directly between the client and the artist, outside of the App. Prices displayed in the App are informational only.

If we introduce payment features in the future, we will update these Terms and notify users before those features take effect.

5. The Job Board

The job board allows users to post nail-related opportunities and to apply to them. Any arrangement that results from the job board is directly between the posting party and the applying party. Jovée Link does not employ users, does not guarantee any opportunity or applicant, does not vet applicants or posters, and is not responsible for the outcome of any arrangement made through the job board.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep it current, and to maintain one account per person. Notify us at support@joveelink.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. User Content

You own the content you create. You retain ownership of the posts, images, portfolio work, comments, reviews, and other content you submit to the App ("User Content").

License to us. By submitting User Content, you grant Jovee AR LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App and for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Prohibited content and conduct. You agree not to post or do anything that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, abusive, hateful, threatening, or harmful
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes or endangers minors
• Is spam, fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonates another person
• Contains malware or attempts to interfere with the App's operation
• Violates the rights of, or harms, other users

8. Community Moderation

To keep the community safe, we may, at our discretion, review, remove, or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. The App includes tools to report and block other users and content. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and software (excluding User Content), is owned by Jovee AR LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google and Apple sign-in and an external augmented-reality try-on feature (joveear.ai). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any artist, client, salon, appointment, or opportunity will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOVEE AR LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, OR ANY APPOINTMENT OR ARRANGEMENT MADE THROUGH THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jovee AR LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
